Miss Em's Open House Event Recap!
Wow wow wow! I’m still reeling from the amazing open house event we hosted two weekends ago!
The event was held at the Anderson Senior Center, where it is held annually on the first Sunday in November from 12-4pm (in Anderson Township behind the fire station).
We had over 135 women there, who all received a swag bag filled with coupons from local vendors, including Alba Beauty Studio, Cincy Spray Tan, Damsel in Defense, Clever Containers, Jamberry, Thirty One, Miss Em's (of course) and more!
We had a great time with everyone who attended, with people coming from Indiana, Kentucky, and all over Ohio just to shop with us! Some of our "loyal ladies" (that's what we call our repeat shoppers) even brought outfits that they needed help accessorizing. We were happy to help them and found some amazing pieces to complete their ensembles!
Those who mentioned they came from Cincy Chic received a free pair of earrings. Woohoo! :)
For both Cincinnati and Columbus, we have additional Open House events coming up. Here are the details for each:
Cincinnati - we will be at the Cincinnati Holiday Market this weekend from Friday - Sunday. Click here for more information about that!
We also will be hosting a large open house again, this time in Milford, as a fundraiser for a Boy Scout Troop. Click here for the information on that one!
For Columbus we will be hosting a fundraiser for Pathway To Peace. The mission of Pathway to Peace is to keep the generous spirit of Patricia and Jessica alive by raising awareness and support for mental health treatment. My mom was good friends with Patricia Lutz, who was killed last year, along with her daughter when they were struck by a vehicle who went off the road, while they were walking. 20% of the total sales on November 22nd in Columbus will go to them. Click here for more information about this fundraiser!
A very special thank you to these individuals for helping with the event:
Connie Madden, Tim Madden, Brandon Smith, Kim Baltz, Kathy Yeager, Anna Miller, Laura Estrada, Andrea Riddle, Kristen Rankin and all of the people that helped us hand out our postcards to friends, family and coworkers. The event wouldn’t have been as successful as it was without the help and support of our friends and family.
If you’re interested in joining our email/mailing list for more information about these events in the future, just email Emily at Emily@MissEms.com. Here are a few pics from the event in case you missed it! Hope to see you at a future event!
